Ideal temperatures to ship alcohol are from 50 to 70 F. When placing an order while the weather is outside this range of temperatures, (referred are extreme temperatures) we strongly advise you to request a hold on your order shipment till weather permit shipping. If you decide to have your order shipped during extreme temperatures, we strongly recommend that you ship overnight but please remember that overnight shipping while a better option during extreme temperatures, does not guarantee a damage free shipment. We will hold your order if you so desire and ship when weather permits. Please note that if you choose to ship your order during extreme temperatures, you hereby understand, acknowledge and agree to release The Duke Society and the shipping company from all liabilities related to any problem caused by warm or cold weather such as but not limited to: smell alcohol in the package, trace of alcohol or alcohol leaks, level in the bottle went down, seal popped and/or any other problem.
